Fans from around the world can begin making their plans to attend each of the seven Little League® World Series Tournaments
in 2019, as the dates and logos were officially approved at the annual
fall meeting of the Little League International Board of Directors on
Friday, Nov. 9. In addition to the Little League World Series dates, the
official logos for all seven World Series events were revealed.
“Each of our Little League World Series events provide a memorable
experience for the players, parents, volunteers, and families who come
to visit from all around the globe,” said Stephen D. Keener, Little
League President and CEO. “These tournaments spotlight the hard work and
dedication that can be found at local Little League programs in
thousands of communities throughout the year, and we are looking forward
to the start of another great Little League season in 2019.”
The final phase of the 2019 International Tournament schedule begins
on July 27 with the Senior League Baseball World Series in Easley, S.C.
On July 28, the Little League Intermediate (50/70) Baseball World Series
and the Junior League Softball World Series will commence, and a day
later, the Senior League Softball World Series will begin in Lower
Sussex, Del. On August 7, the Little League Softball® World
Series will get underway in Portland, Ore., and on August 11, the Junior
League Baseball World Series will begin its eight-day slate. As it does
every year, the tournament schedule will conclude with the Little League Baseball® World Series from August 15-25 in South Williamsport, Pa. Detailed game schedules will be available in spring 2019 at LittleLeague.org.
