Nobody can use a field if it is wet or sloppy. If you step on any part of the infield and sink into the ground at all, then it is too wet. Damaging fields is cause for suspension from coaching.
Do not attempt field repairs yourself. We have an excellent grounds crew who will take care of it.
All fields are first come, first served. There are no reserved fields.
No team may keep a practice field for more than one hour, regardless of when they took the field.
All fields are reserved for use by the teams with games scheduled one hour before game time.
The 7YO and 8YO teams may only practice on the Peirce NE and SE fields.
The 9YO, Minor and Major teams may only use the Peirce NW, SW and W fields.
A batting cage sign-up sheet will be posted each week. No team can sign up for more than 2 hours of use per week.
The Peirce batting cages are reserved for use by the teams having a game on the SW field for one hour before the start of each game. Each team having a game on the SW field gets one cage.
