PLEASE NOTE: Workout day is February 1, 2026 at the Hinsdale Central Fieldhouse.
Please plan on attending based on the criteria below:
- 8:00am : 6U coach pitcher registrations
- 8:45am: 7U machine pitch registrations
- 9:30am: 8U player pitch registrations
- 10:15am: 9U & any 10/11/12 year olds who are playing HLL for the first time
**Returning 10/11/12yo players do NOT need to participate in workout day
The workout process will take 15-20min
